• Details you send us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business name, budget and project details when you use our quote form, save an estimate, leave a review or message us.
• Cost calculator and AI assistant: the project description and questions you type, so we can recommend features and answer you.
• Cookies and similar technology (only if you accept): the Meta Pixel and the Google tag record pages you visit and actions such as clicking WhatsApp or sending a form, so we can measure our Facebook, Instagram and Google ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Before you choose, the Google tag runs in a privacy mode that uses no advertising cookies and sends only basic, cookieless signals.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

• To reply to you, prepare estimates and proposals, and deliver our services.
• To follow up on your enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (only with your consent for advertising cookies).
• To keep our website secure and prevent spam.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business:

• our email delivery provider, which sends form submissions to our inbox;
• our AI provider, which processes messages typed into the cost calculator and assistant;
• Meta Platforms and Google, for advertising measurement (advertising cookies only if you accept);
• our website hosting provider.

Some of these providers may process data outside Nigeria, under their own data protection safeguards.

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
